Chris was a great salesman. He showed us every house we were remotely interested in almost as soon as we expressed interest. He was always available to answer all of our questions along the way and excited to do so. He was always prompt, on time and knowledgeable especially about how the money flows throughout the process. What stood out the most to me was: of course as a seller I had an overinflated expectation of what my property was worth and he was able to tactfully explain to me what a more realistic expectation might be and why. This resulted in my house selling within 5 hours of being listed, rather than waiting months for the potential of an unrealistic offer, which in the long run is more beneficial for everyone. 10/10 - would recommend.

Chris was amazing to work with. He had very good communication throughout the entire selling and buying process.
He was able to get us well above our asking price on the home we were selling. From the pictures of the house to the listing and advertising the listing everything was wonderful. We couldn't be any happier with our experience selling the house.
Then buying the house was a very simple process once we found our house we wanted. Chris was very quick on getting our offers in and the communication back and forth with him and the selling agent was great.

I met Chris 5 years ago when he helped me purchase my first home. Today, he helped me sell and get max profit out of it. He knows better than any realtor group out there! You throw some Harvard grad at me, and I'll toss him aside and ask where Chris moiser is at. He is a genuine guy! Always there for you and not for the money and it shows. That's not why he does what he does. It's because he loves to help people. He is extremely knowledgeable! Chris KNOWS the market and can read it like a menu. He's able to talk you off a cliff when things look impossible. His cool, calm demeanor helped me keep going with my eyes on the prize. Finding someone like Chris in this world is likened to finding a needle in a hay stack. If you choose anyone other than Chris, you're a fool. You'll be missing out on an amazing realtor and even better friend. Those are hard to find.

My dad had pasted last year and my mom wanted to sell her house, so she would have extra money and could live comfortable, and travel, mabie go live somewhere warm. We called a different reality last summer and the whole experience was a disaster, right from the start. Just getting ready for the pictures was pains taking, I spent 3 weeks cleaning and moving stuff. The showing were all over the place, and it was very hard with covid and a sick Mom to leave 4 times a day. I took the house off the market.

John Anderson called me in Dec and asked me if I would consider putting out house back on the market. He came over and showed their plan and how it was different from other companies. We loved John and thought this was a good fit. The photographer came in Dec, and we didnt have move everything, he was awesome, the pics were great. Cory was our agent, and he was very professional and knew how to set up showings that worked great with our situation, my Mom has cancer, and we were worried about people were coming in and out. We had 2 showings and we got an offer. This was great, but Feb has only 28 days, so it was hard to move out such a short manner, but that was the buyers fault.

Without going into details, the buyers got delayed signing for a month and we were scared that it wasnt going to close. Chris was the closing lawyer and he was amazing, he a worked so hard and did so much extra stuff to finally get the sale done. It wouldnt have happened without him. Between Cory and Chris, both who put endless amounts of time and help the sale and my family. I would only use Anderson and Mossier in any future sales and buys.Love them!!!!!!!!!!!

Caylin Stately and Chris Mosier were excellent. They got 3 offers for our home in the first 3 days that it was on the market. They walked us through the complete process. The process was very sound. As a matter of practice, Anderson-Mosier completes a property inspection (by a licensed inspector) before listing along with professionally completed photos of the property. Anderson-Mosier provides the buyer with a 1 yr home warranty, which gives peace of mind to a buyer. Caylin and Chris answered all of our questions in a timely manner and checked in at least weekly with a status update. All in all - we are very pleased!!!

I'd recommend Anderson Mosier in a hot minute. I needed to sell my house quickly and had even considered using one of those "we buy homes for cash" companies, but AM convinced me that listing with them would bring me much more money and assured me that they'd get it done quickly. They did exactly that. We had multiple offers well above asking on the first day of the listing. Everything was handled perfectly which is no small feat when selling a house from across the company. These guys are just incredible to work with. This is the first time I have ever been through the selling process and of course it was fairly stressful. They set up everything and were incredibly professional, kind and timely.

Everyone that they work with and send to your home is incredibly kind and respectful of your time and your property. The inspector even went out of his way to help me with a big project I was working on to get the house ready!

They did a wonderful job building excitement around my home and I was presented with offers above and beyond what I could of ever imagined after only 3 days on the market.

They do charge a little extra compared to some other realtors I vetted, but they put that money into ensuring your sale is transparent and rock solid. It is 100% worth it as the investment paid for itself in the end result. Thank you, thank you and thank you.

I’ve worked with John, Chris, and Marcelo over the last 4 years to make two home sales and two home purchases. We met Chris at an open house and from our first meeting it was clear he was there to help. Chris was knowledgeable and provided us with a reality of what we were looking for and then provided us with options, unlike our previous agent. During the negotiations and 45 days to closing, he also played the dual role of a counselor.
