What do you do when you have less than three months to find a place to live and have never purchased a home before? Simple. You contact Chris Olsen.

Chris understood the sense of urgency but never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was the most honest, straightforward, and empathetic individual we could have hoped for in a highly stressful time.

He found us listings in line with our needs and connected us to the right financial team to make it happen. We talked to him on a Thursday, got pre-approved financing by Friday, toured three houses on Saturday, made an offer on Sunday, and had the offer accepted by Monday.

Chris was with us each step of the way. He checked in with us daily as we pulled together all the documents we needed to have the loan approved. He was there for our inspection to help us through the little details we never would have thought to ask. On our closing day, he was there to see us get the keys to our first-ever home. He even brought a lovely basket of items for our child to make him feel welcome - it's the little things that matter!

We cannot recommend Chris enough. He was there for us when we needed it the most, and we know he'll do the same for you!
