I can say that Crhis has excellent service and good communication !! We had some problems with the bank that I chose for the loan, and she helped me when she didn't have to. She went above and beyond her power. My husband and I will always be grateful for this.

We had absolutely the best experience ever with Chris, purchasing our second and forever home and she sold our first home within one day!! We contacted Chris trying to get some insight from a professionals point of view on what improvements we needed to do to list our home. She gave some amazing advice and just the fact she took time out of her busy schedule to help us get started meant so much! She was flexible, and open to look at any property we wanted to see as our buyer relator. We told her what we were looking for, and she envisioned it perfectly! We ended up putting an offer in on a home where we wanted and exactly what we wanted within hours of the home being listed. She had the access and great connections to know when a new house was on the market. Now as for Our selling relator! Chris had our home sold before we even got it listed! She was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had we thought may be silly but she assured us there was no such thing! No stress she took care of it all and we got top dollar Prior to it being on the market! Chris you are absolutely the best; we couldn’t have asked for anyone more perfect! You absolutely showed how much you love you job, and take it seriously and care about your clients and their future in the home they choose making sure all details are taken care of! This has been the best experience we’ve ever had and most meaningful knowing you were dedicated to getting is what we wanted!

Chris reached out to us when we had our home listed on social media and she helped me with a Zillow listing for more exposure. After trying the FSBO for about a month we decided to list our home with Chris. She hired a professional photographer for her listing and did some staging in the home, all the while she was recovering from a foot surgery. In a few days the house was under contract. I would highly recommend contacting her for any of your real estate needs. She is great to work with and it has been such a pleasure kowing her.

When looking for a realtor who will give you personal attention, look no further than Chris Page with Realty Professionals in Topeka, KS. Chris worked with us to stage our home, to keep it sparkling where it needed to sparkle, and then held our hand when the sale fell through. She dusted off the failure, relisted the property and we had it resold within seven days, which was 8 days sooner than the first sale! She works well with other agents, so collaborating to get our property sold was outstanding. Managing all of the legal requirements for FHA and VA loans kept the sale of the homes moving forward. She set up necessary appointments and managed additional legal requirements for sale of our home and kept us informed. We are so pleased that Chris Page was our realtor.

Chris goes above and beyond for all of her client's. She determines your wants, needs, and dislikes for your ideal home & goes to work to find the perfect one! I was a first time home buyer and she walked me through every step and procedure along the way. I could not be more happy with my new home!
