Chris Pettit

Chris Pettit specializes in helping investors grow their portfolios and maximize the value of their assets. With his financial background, Chris takes an analytical approach to real estate, advising his clients through comprehensive analyses and planning. Before launching his real estate career, Chris was a professional baseball player who reached the big leagues with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was drawn to real estate as a tangible investment alternative to the financial markets. His first hands-on experience came from an investment partnership created with two friends, which helped Chris learn the investment side of real estate. He has been personally investing since 2010, and he uses that experience — combined with his business and financial background — to help other investors maximize their real estate holdings and understand tax advantages. For his clients’ overall benefit, Chris leads every transaction with persistence and drive, while maintaining a high level of market knowledge to allow clients to make quality decisions. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Loyola Marymount University and obtained his M.S. and MBA in accounting from the University of Phoenix while playing professional baseball. He currently lives in North Tustin with his wife, Lindsay; daughters, Emma and Aurora; and son, Torsten. He enjoys sports, health and fitness, cooking, and getting involved in his church, Shepherd’s Grove. He also loves coaching local kids to help develop their athletic skills.
