As a full time realtor since 1994, I love all aspects of selling and buying residential real estate. I have 3 niche markets: New construction homes, Waterfront property in the Jacksonville area, and helping people in the Service. Both my children serve in the Navy! New construction is a unique and fun experience and helping people serving in our Military is a source of great pride. I take great pride in helping people thru a complex process while earning their trust and building relationships. My previous background as a Financial Planner/Stockbroker ties everything nicely together. I am a realtor with great knowledge in financial and property management. On a personal note, I grew up in South Jersey enjoying the beautiful beaches of Cape May, Avalon, Atlantic City and Ocean City NJ. I attended Widener University, School of Hotel & Restaurant Management in Wilmington, DE, married and raised my 2 wonderful kids. I have been a realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 1994 and moved to Florida when my daughter was awarded a Navy scholarship to attend USF. Go Bulls! She is currently an officer and Naval aviator stationed at NAS Jacksonville! My son also serves in the Navy as a Nuclear Engineer stationed on USS Tucson in Hawaii. They both wanted to serve and follow my older brother's lead! He is a Ret. Colonel Airborne Ranger and works at MacDill AFB as a liaison for Ft. Bragg where he was Commander of 4th Psychological Operations Brigade. His family has lived in the Tampa area for many years. His wife, also a Ret. Lt. Colonel, grew up in Orlando. Their other Uncle is CMC for the Blue Angels in Pensacola FL and he was a big influence as to why they joined the Navy. My parents also retired to Florida in the early 1990's so most of my family is here. I look forward to getting to know you and your family better.
