Chris was everything I could ask for in a Real Estate agent and then some!

My wife and I are Canadians that were looking to purchase our first international home with very little knowledge or experience.

Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and easy to work with. Chris guided us through the process from start to finish, providing advice on a number of different factors we would have never considered. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about rental property. He helped us with property managers, international tax accountants, mortgages, insurance and title documents.

Chris was not pushy and really wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and what to watch for. The market down in Florida is crazy right now and Chris wanted to ensure we were 100% happy with our home. It felt as though he was almost part of the family.

As someone who considers themselves hard to impress, Chris definitely impressed us.

I have since recommended Chris to all of my relatives and believe you are missing out if you are not working with Chris.

After doing some research online for a Florida realtor, we contacted Chris and I'm so glad we did. From day one Chris guided us through the process of property in Florida, helping us avoid costly mistakes and being a one stop shop for advice on what we needed to do. He constantly made sure that everyone involved was being proactive, from setting up inspections, visiting the property for a walkthrough to liaising with the title company to send out the final documents. I've never bought a property so effortlessly.
