Chris is a seasoned real estate veteran who has logged 30+ years in Silicon Valley Real Estate: as a Broker Manager, Realtor, builder/developer, investor, & real estate consultant. In that time, he has spanned all facets of the business, everything from home sales, leadership, and management to the deployment of key coaching strategies. He excels at consulting & coaching top 1% industry Realtor teams with the goal of guiding their businesses to the next level.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Chris also completed a High School Teacher Credential Program at San Jose State University. Chris consequently taught high school and coached sports for three years, all while selling real estate. He grew up in San Jose, CA, raised his two children at the beach in Capitola, CA, and currently lives in Los Gatos. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, running, the beach, & spending time with his 22 year old son and 19 year daughter (who just passed her Real Estate License Exam and will be assisting in the family business) . His Golden Retriever, Hurley is also helping in the family business!
