Chris Saunders is the CEO and Owner of Green Street Realty, a Champaign, Illinois-based real estate company.Green Street Realty manages student housing, multifamily units, and commercial properties spanning office, industrial, and retail space.Saunders' specialization spans student housing, multifamily, affordable housing, retail, industrial, and office real estate, with a focus on investment sales and tenant representation.Saunders previously served as Managing Partner of Jackson Dearborn Partners, where he was involved in all aspects of the firm's strategic growth plan, vision, and overall direction.He is also the Owner and Founder of Sub 4 Development Company, a development firm that has completed over $500 million in new developments, with offices in Champaign, Illinois; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Colorado Springs, Colorado.In addition, he is Co-owner of Insurance Providers Group, an independent insurance agency operating six offices throughout Central Illinois.
