Chris blew our minds with her experience and her knowledge of the area. She knew the gated communities, what builders built them, and what neighborhoods were similar. She listened to our wants in a new home and we found one within a week. We were nervous about the competitive market, but we ended up getting the floor plan we wanted for $15,000 less than asking price! Chris found damage and negotiated the price down for us. We couldn’t be more excited about the outcome! We love our new home and community!
