MY WIFE AND I HAVE NOT BOUGHT OR SOLD A HOUSE IN A VERY LONG TIME. THINGS HAVE CHANGED SO MUCH SINCE THEN. WE WERENT PREPARED FOR THE CHAOTIC AND FAST PACE OF SELLING A HOUSE TODAY. My wife, Joann, and I have known Chris casually for over a year, but due to her willingness to just share information about the real estate market in Summit County, Colorado, we ended up contracting with her to look for a property to buy this past October. Chris was more than happy to help us in spite of a very busy schedule and in spite our not having followed up on anything properties she emailed us about in the past. She found 3 properties to show us on a Saturday in October at the last minute, and made a recommendation on one we ended up purchasing. She helped us with some very sound advise on putting in a competitive bid on a property which I never dreamed we would get due to some stiff competition and desirability of the property.
