My wife, Joann, and I have known Chris casually for over a year, but due to her willingness to just share information about the real estate market in Summit County, Colorado, we ended up contracting with her to look for a property to buy this past October. Chris was more than happy to help us in spite of a very busy schedule and in spite our not having followed up on anything properties she emailed us about in the past.
