ABOUT CHRIS SPALDING
I am Chris Spalding, co-owner and Associate Broker of White Peak Real Estate and co-leader of The Spalding Team with my wife and business partner, Michelle Spalding. Based in Vistancia, we have spent more than 15 years helping buyers and sellers throughout Vistancia, North Peoria and the Northwest Valley.
White Peak Real Estate is the independent boutique brokerage Michelle and I own. The Spalding Team is our family real estate team working directly with clients. Together, we offer the personal attention of a husband-and-wife team backed by broker-level experience, extensive local knowledge and hundreds of successful transactions.

Living and working in Vistancia gives me firsthand familiarity with the community’s neighborhoods, builders, amenities and lifestyle. RELOCATION EXPERIENCE WITH A PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE
I relocated from England to Arizona in 1996, so I understand that moving involves much more than choosing a property. Buyers are also selecting a community, establishing new routines and deciding where the next chapter of their lives will unfold.
That personal experience has made relocation an especially natural part of my real estate work. Whether a client is moving across the Valley, relocating to North Peoria from another state or comparing a full-time Valley home with a second home in Prescott, I help make an unfamiliar market feel understandable and manageable.
Before entering real estate, I spent approximately 20 years in management roles with companies including American Express and IBM. That background shaped the organized, responsive and solutions-focused approach I bring to every transaction. I believe clients deserve clear communication, careful follow-through and someone who can remain calm when a situation becomes complicated—with perhaps a touch of English humor when it is needed most.
