Chris Thompson

Chris has been with IREA since it was founded in 1999 and has been the top producing agent for 16 of the company’s 22 years.

With well over $1 billion in career closings, Chris has been the firm's top producer in large multifamily, retail and single-tenant transactions. Chris has a broad pool of closings that spans over 38 states, and he has been the recipient of several awards including being named "Top 40 Under 40" by Real Estate Southern California Magazine, and top broker by Truststreet Properties (a major triple net REIT purchased by GE Capital).

Many of Chris' closings represent business from several repeat clients who have come to rely on his advice and counsel for the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. As an owner and active investor in investment real estate, Chris is able to bring first-hand knowledge and understanding to every deal. His tremendous success can be credited to his client loyalty and his understanding of his client's investment needs. He counts among his greatest business accomplishments the training of several of IREA's top agents.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Brigham Young University, Chris is an avid snow boarder, skier, and surfer. Chris and his wife of 20+ years are the proud parents of four children.
