Chris Titcomb

Christopher Titcomb is a practicing Chicago real estate attorney and managing real estate broker with extensive experience analyzing, reviewing, and closing real estate transactions. He is the owner of a boutique real estate law firm where he represents, counsels, and negotiates for buyers, sellers, developers and investors in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, development and sale of commercial multifamily and residential property. In the last five years of his legal practice, Mr. Titcomb has closed well over a thousand real estate transactions representing nearly a billion dollars in transaction volume. Additionally, he has significant experience analyzing acquisitions, creating pro-formas, and advising on the proper operation of apartment buildings and other real estate holdings. Mr. Titcomb earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver before attending law school at Western Michigan University for his JD, and The John Marshall Law School thereafter, where he earned an LL.M in Commercial Real Estate.
