Chris Toates

Chris is a native of Greenville & has grown up attending local schools & enjoying all that Greenville & the Upstate has to offer. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing. He took to the profession quickly being raised by realtors as parents.

Chris and his wife Bethany have three children (10,9, & 5). They are members of Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church, and his kids attend Mitchell Road Christian Academy and Pelham Road Elementary. They live on Greenville's Eastside and are members of Thornblade Country Club. If he is not talking real estate, he is talking about taking his family to the lake, watching his kids play baseball and soccer, golf, fishing, duck hunting or watching his Clemson Tigers play!

Chris was awarded the Rising Star award his first year in the business for selling over one million dollars in Real Estate. His business has continued to grow over the last 9 years with 11 million in sales volume last year and over 250 homes sold to his credit.
