As a licensed Realtor in the State of Colorado, Chris has worked with individuals and families with homes ranging from $150,000 to the tens of millions. Chris has worked in many different cities and with families from all different backgrounds and walks of life.

Although he primarily works within the residential markets, Chris is also experienced in investment properties. With many real estate investments of his own, he understands the complexities of selling, managing, and purchasing rental properties.

Chris began working in the real estate industry as a Loss Mitigation Manager, negotiating short sales for the top four U.S. lenders. He oversaw the review of hundreds of thousands of delinquent mortgages and worked daily sifting through an enormous number of real estate transactions that had been completed incorrectly. This experience taught him first hand the vital importance of completing a real estate transaction correctly from start to finish.

After spending his first two years learning from a seasoned Broker, Chris opened TRUEREALTY with one goal, earning the trust, confidence, and satisfaction of every client he had the privilege of working with. Years and thousands of transactions later, he still has the same goal.
