Chris was fantastic to work with. We only had 2 days in Madison to visit and look at homes prior to us getting ready to move and he met us and showed us about 20 homes in those 2 days. He was super knowledgeable about anything that he noticed that seemed concerning about the homes and he informed us in a very great way about the area and the market. If you are moving to Madison, use Chris and you will not regret it at all!

I'm am unbelievable pleased with the help I received from Chris. I've been in search of some property for about 10 years. I wish I would have found Chris sooner. Over a year ago I meet him at a property in late December and it was about 0 degrees and 20 mile a hour wind. He walked the entire 70 acre property with me back and forth 4 times in the brutal weather. I placed an offer and it was not excepted. Over a year later he contacted me cuz it was reduced and now I'm the proud owner of an ideal whitetail meca. He proved that he had the integrity to see me get that property. I have never bought land before so the endless phone call to him were always meet with incredible knowledge and understanding. Chris Ubert is an outstanding agent to work with! He handled the purchase and sale of my homes and went above and beyond on each sale. He has great communication skills, actively listens, consults and makes the experience of working with the many institutions a smooth team process. He was always accessible within minutes of messaging him. He even came to our home in the evening to complete documents, and amazingly helped with painting on a Saturday and also bought more lamps for evening showings. There is nothing he doesn't think of! Chris is extremely knowledgeable, personable, efficent and professional. He is a great person to have helping a novice navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
