Chris Verzevoulias

Chris has been practicing real estate brokerage and property management for almost a decade. His desire to tackle tough tasks head on such as various property management issues, leasing assignments, and capital improvements make him an excellent asset to our property management team. Chris holds an active real estate managing broker’s license and CAM license (Community Association Management). He has experience managing various types of properties which include multi-family, mixed-use, office/retail, and condominium/co-op associations.
