Chris Villhauer

Chris has been with SouthGate Companies since December 2004. Chris has over 14 years in the real estate industry and is a licensed Iowa Real EstateBroker. As a member of the National Apartment Association, Chris earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. In addition to his membership in the NAA, Chis is a member of the local Greater Iowa City Apartment Association where he currently serves as President, a member of the state organization Landlords of Iowa where he currently serves as Vice President, and a member of the state organization Greater Iowa Apartment Association. Chris is a lifelong resident of the Iowa City area and enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife and their three adult children.
