Chris Webb

Chris is the founder of Harvest Transitions. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Florida and an experienced Transition Consultant. Prior to starting Harvest, he worked with 2 national healthcare firms. The first was a healthcare real estate firm that specialized in buyer/tenant advocacy. The second was a national dental transition and real estate firm. He was a member of the leadership team and helped train new agents as well as manage both the transition and real estate teams.

With all this experience, Chris has learned to specialize in fully supporting a buyer, a seller, or both through the practice and real estate transition process. He prides himself in coming up with creative solutions to help both parties walk away from a transaction feeling comfortable and confident about how the transaction concluded.

Prior to real estate, Chris graduated from Cornerstone University with a bachelor’s degree with a focus in Education. He taught for 5 years in Charleston, SC and 6 years in Jenison, MI for a total of 11 years of teaching experience.

He currently resides in West Michigan with his wife and their daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing games (board and sports), and watching University of Michigan Football and the Detroit Tigers.
