With over 17 years of Commercial Real Estate and Development experience, Chris is well versed in the complete development process (site selection, zoning, revenue/cost analysis, working with design team to control costs, bidding, estimating costs, negotiating/awarding the contracts, managing the job cost reports, and overseeing the day-to-day coordination/operations). Chris spent 7 years with Briarcliff Development prior to helping start and found NorthPoint Development in 2012. Chris served as their Vice President of Development.

In 2014, Chris started Highlands Development and Highlands Real Estate and serves as Managing Member and Owner of both companies. Chris has been responsible and involved in over $500,000,000 worth of development and brokerage to date. Along with Development, Highlands Real Estate is also focused on providing their clients with brokerage and property management services. Currently, Highlands Development and associated companies own and manage over 800,000 SF of medical, retail, office and industrial for their own account and partners/investors.
