About Chris

Chris is a trusted real estate veteran and proud Birmingham native. He currently serves as President for The Birmingham Association of Realtors, the cooperation platform for all Realtors. Chris served as the Principal Broker for RealtySouth in both the Trussville and OTM Alford Avenue locations over a five-year period.

Chris is a well-respected, licensed instructor that trains agents across the state. He began his career as a Realtor in 2002 by partnering with his mom, Judy Williams. They had remarkable success working together, which led to Chris being asked to take the role of Relocation Director. His focus and dedication led to an offer to buy the company in 2005. He took advantage of the opportunity and quickly became a Broker leading a team of 70 agents operating in both Alabama and Tennessee. Chris then decided to take on a new challenge: selling new construction for a prominent homebuilder. After being a broker for RealtySouth, he is back to what he likes doing best, working with buyers and sellers.

A graduate of the University of Montevallo, Chris holds a master’s degree in education. Prior to real estate, he taught for seven years in public schools and coached high school football and wrestling. Chris is married to LeAnn, and they have two handsome sons, Camren, and Turner. Their family also owns Ousler Sandwich Company in Mountain Brooks Lane Parke, a true Birmingham tradition that has been in business since 1915.

All this experience and knowledge truly make Chris an expert in anything real estate related that can be put to work for clients and customers.

Chris is hands down the best realtor! So easy to work with, always on top of it, and very knowledgeable in many things. He was very transparent and provided super helpful advice. Even after closing, Chris has been available and still providing guidance with the steps after becoming a new homeowner. He is the only realtor I will recommend to my friends and family!!

I recently worked with Chris. He was exception! We had a time crunch to purchase for a work move and he was all over it. Chris meet with us to find out what we were looking for and delivered a number of potential properties. We located the perfect home and Chris was very helpful in the securement of the property. He was very responsive and still is! I felt very comfortable during the process! I would absolutely use Chris again or recommend him for any friend.
