Chris Workmon

Chris service area is expansive and encompasses most areas of California, with a focus on the central California coast and the greater Palm Springs, CA area where he operated as a Realtor for 18 years prior to relocating back to the coast. A California native, born at Vandenberg AFB, Chris has been proudly serving the public as a licensed Realtor since June 2001. He currently resides in the beautiful city of Arroyo Grande, CA. Prior to associating with EB Investments, Chris worked for Century 21 on the Central Coast for 5 years. Chris was also a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT Inc.) for over 15 years, specializing in residential sales, land sales, distressed and bank-owned (REO) properties, probate, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Prior to making a career change to real estate, Chris worked in the telecommunications industry in Los Angeles, CA, starting in sales before advancing to the greater Los Angeles area direct sales manager, Western Region Sales Trainer, and Vice President of Telemetry. Chris holds an associate degree in Pre-Law from Marymount College and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Cal State University Dominguez Hills. Chris has volunteered over the last 30 years with several noteworthy non-profit organizations, including Los Angeles County's G.A.P. (Gang Alternative Program), the Boys and Girls Club of America, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Chris loves to coach youth athletics, especially AYSO soccer.
