Christa earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and the Gold Key Certification. Christa began her real estate career in 1989, in the residential and commercial sales market in Key Biscayne and South Florida. She had a wonderful opportunity to work with a private developer, involving 55 acres of undeveloped, oceanfront and intra-coastal land, designed and approved as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). Prior to joining our SKR team, Christa was an interior decorator in the luxury home market, specializing in interior architectural design, interior detailing, luxury closet spaces, creative spacing, window treatments, art and sculpture. She worked with several clients and their builders to personalize their home through interior architectural details, and designed unique and innovative built-ins, closets and wine cellars. She also specializes in spatial design and has an acute eye for staging your home using your personal decor.

Christa is dedicated to helping clients sell their home and buy just the right home to meet their needs, while complementing their lifestyle and personality,…one they will love to come home to at day's end and create wonderful memories. She helps clients visualize their favorite personal belongings or family heirlooms while viewing a property, with the goal of ultimately making it their home!
