Christa Huffstickler

Since 2002, Christa has specialized in residential real estate, from new construction to luxury general brokerage. Having fine-tuned her blueprint for strategic sales executions, she has become the go-to industry leader. Christa is one of the few real estate brokers in the industry with a comprehensive understanding of both new home sales and general brokerage, having spent dedicated periods of her career analyzing and finding ways to interconnect the two.
In 2017, she joined the Engel & Völkers international network to open Engel & Völkers Atlanta, and took the blueprint for her strategic approach in new home sales executions and modified this comprehensive approach to apply this model to the general brokerage world. The company has two dedicated divisions- one new homes sales and marketing and one to general brokerage real estate.
Christa’s diverse experience in the marketing arena provide her a unique perspective, and her skills have proven to be invaluable in new project launches, revival of existing marketing campaigns, exit strategy solutions, and onsite sales execution. Partnering with her clients to successfully position their projects based on real-time market analysis, Christa executes vital business development plans on diverse residential real estate including condominiums, townhomes, single family, and mixed-use projects.

Winner of Atlanta Homebuilders Association’s coveted Obie Award, Christa has worked on some of Atlanta’s premier condominium and townhome communities, and is currently managing over a half a billion dollars of new home development listings. She is Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Who’s Who in Real Estate, was Atlanta Magazine’s Industry MVP, she was Atlanta Agent Magazine’s Who’s Who and in 2020 was award the title of Atlanta’s Most Powerful Leaders from Atlanta Magazine. Christa ranks in the top ten Engel & Völkers license partners & Advisors worldwide, and her office is number 7 in GCI and closed units in North America for 2019.

Christa graduated from the University of Georgia. She is involved with The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Christa is on the board of the Mark Carroll and Friends foundation, a non-profit organization that funds scholarships and teacher programs throughout the year for Atlanta Public Schools. Christa lives in Midtown, Atlanta with her husband and three daughters.
