This was my 5th house sale and all I can say is Christa had my back every step of the way. The staging and photos were outstanding. She was a huge help analyzing the multiple offers. Finally, negotiating the home inspection punch list was huge. Amazing!!

WOW! Phenomenal!!! Christa puts other realtors to shame. I have never met someone so knowledgeable, professional, has your back, goes the extra mile, attention to detail. I just cannot say enough good things about Christa! Don’t bother looking for any other realtor, honestly, no other realtors can compare, or even come close. My wife and I had been searching for a home for several years and once we knew we were ready, we were referred to Christa. My wife and I felt so lucky, and confident during the entire process from start to finish. It was hard for us being in Florida and moving to the Pittsburgh area, but Christa set our minds at ease and made us feel confident in trusting her. Do not bother looking for another realtor, I would recommend Christa a million times over. I would giver her more stars if I could too. Thank you so much Christa!!

She helped us buy our 1st,Pittsburgh condo 9 years ago. Because of her professional approach in helping us as soon as we decided to move to a different to condo we called her.
She coached, educated and advised us. Even though she was out of the state on vacation she arranged for us to see to cond we eventually purchased. She responded to our requests and offers we received on our existing condo. We purchase and sold our new and old one with in weeks,of each other. She’s a pro and we wouldn’t go anywhere else

Christa was a joy to work with. As first time home buyers Christa was incredibly helpful in explaining the nuances of the housing market and home buying process. She provided invaluable insight that can only be gained from experience in the industry and the geographic market. We learned so much from Christa in our homebuying process. Additionally we were new to the market and required travel each time we were viewing properties, Christa was helpful in making the process efficient even though we were not located in the area. We would highly recommend, she went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful we were able to work with such a knowledgeable and also personable realtor.

Christa helped us sell a unique property that had been in the family for a long time. The property had a newly renovated living space as well as a large unfinished space that had endless possibilities. Determining a value for the unfinished space was the biggest challenge in the process. Christa looked at several factors to calculate a listing price. She shared her rationale and calculations with us and all of it was reasonable and made perfect sense. No other potential listing agent who looked at the property was able to do that. She was with us every step of the way and answered all of our many, many questions. I would highly recommend Christa to all my family and friends.
