Christel Van Assche

Christel was born in Seattle & have lived in the Snohomish County area all her life, but this year we will be moving to Chelan. She grew up in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area, then married & settled in Snohomish with 2 fantastic boys. Christel loves everything this great state has to offer & could not imagine living anywhere else. A couple of years ago Christel and her husband bought a large warehouse in Chelan & opened up the Chelan Falls Boathouse. With starting the new business they were traveling over east often and immediately fell in love with the Hallmark Town that Chelan is. They eventually bought land and have begun building their dream home.

Christel has been working in Real Estate for 18 years. With my passion for designing & building homes with my husband; real estate is a natural fit. She has experienced both the highs & the lows that come with the industry & loves the challenges each one brings. Whether it is for personal or investment purposes there is nothing more rewarding than helping clients with purchasing or selling a home. Her strengths would be her vision & creativity. Christel loves to make lemonade out of lemons! Her knowledge in the construction industry & experience with buying & flipping her own homes is an asset she can pass on to her clients in making good financial decisions.
