My husband and I recently purchased our home in NC. We could not have met a more amazing and wonderful broker other than Christen. She was there every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. I would recommend Christen to every and anyone who is looking for a home in NC. My Family and I recently had the most wonderful experience with Christen and her agency.
We encountered a long delay with our closing in New York but She exuberated so much poise and patience, always with a pleasant smile and words of encouragement and wisdom.
I leaned on her continuously for advise throughout the process and she was always willing and knowledgeable.
I would not hesitate to say hands down one of the best realtor out there. You will not regret using her to find your new Haven.

met Christen through the process of our house hunting. I don't know what people look for in a real estate agent but she encompasses beauty and professionalism. Christen is extremely empathetic about a family's desire to relocate. When we arrived in NC to meet with here, she had already prepared a thick folder of homes for us to view. She did all the legroom and armed us with information. She was never rude and didn't get tired of all the questions we asked. She returned every phone call and did her due diligence every single time when there was something needed. She was always present and professional. I have to say that I would recommend her every chance I get. It was about her selling a house but ensuring that she helped us to find a home.

It's always a please partnering with great agents, and Christen is definitely a great agent! Christen makes sure contracts are in order, emails are answered quickly, and if there are questions, she works quickly and efficiently to get the answers. Communication and follow-up is "on point" and that makes the transactions smooth, and a lot of times, fun too!

Christen guided us through this entire process over the summer of 2021 when it got frustrating at times as the housing market was and still is hot with low interest rates. She took the time to answer our phone calls, texts, and emails all while being professional and down to earth as if she was family to us. She also recommended a lot of good people in the area to contact for insurances, inspections, lawyers, etc. My wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Christen is an amazing realtor! She helped us through the process if building our new home and selling our old home. She was with us every step of the way and went to all of our new home appointments and took AWESOME notes for us! Selling our house was a breeze with Christen too! We sold our home with only one day of showings and multiple offers way over asking price! She's knowledgeable, friendly and super responsive! After this past move I never want to move again (😉) but if we do ever decide to sell and buy again we will definitely call her again.

Christen goes above and beyond what even a 'good' realtor does. She not only shows and recommends, she listens and she cares. She takes the time necessary to put buyers at ease and is unfailingly patient (trust me, I know this first hand!).

We must have looked at 20 houses before we found our 'home'. We knew what we were looking for, and weren't going to settle for less. Christen's recommendations adjusted to our desires and not to a persuasion tactic that others may resort to with somewhat obtuse buyers. It resulted in us finding almost exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Christen was responsible for that. It took a few months, but she put in the work and it paid off. Thank you Christen, for a job well done!
