Christi Copenhaver

In 2010, Christi started her commercial real estate career as a property manager in her hometown of Richmond, Virginia. She specialized in the management of large mixed-use developments, shopping centers, and office buildings. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in the many facets affecting commercial properties and the importance of maintaining healthy relationships between landlords and tenants. After moving to Charleston in 2017, Christi accepted a property manager position at Palmetto Commercial Properties. She spent five years overseeing a large portfolio of properties in the Charleston MSA, comprised of retail, industrial and office uses. In 2022, she transitioned to their brokerage team focusing on serving her clients with general brokerage services, while narrowing down her specialty to buyer/tenant representation.
As a commercial real estate expert with NAI Charleston, Christi will specialize in buyer/tenant representation for the sales and leasing of retail, industrial and office space. With years of experience in property management and a deep understanding of leases, she is equipped to effectively represent and support her clients.

Christi, her husband, Adam, and their three children, reside on Penny’s Creek on Johns Island. She enjoys boating, traveling and most anything outdoors.
