Christi helped me sell my home extremely quickly. I originally signed with her, and then backed out because moving is a hard decision. There was no pressure by her, and she assured me she would be ready to help me when I was ready. She advised me on whatever needed to be done, and was very professional, and courteous. Christi did a wonderful job with my purchase of unit 903 in the Palliado condo . I have purchased multiple properties in the past and after meeting Christi felt very comfortable using her as both a buyers agent for me and a sellers agent for the Owner. It could have been difficult but Christi made it easy for both of us. The seller also seemed very pleased with Christi and the outcome. She did a outstanding job in what could have been a difficult sale. I would recommend her highly and would look to her first if needing a professional realestate agent again in Reno Nv

Christi was always available when needed. When we closed escrow in May 2021, it was a sellers' market and buyers had to act quickly. Christi's responses were always timely. I had to depend on Christi to see homes and advise if it was what I was looking for and if there were any problems with the home. I had enough confidence in Christi to make an offer on a home that I couldn't see. She found the home and location that was perfect for me. I am very happy here and my dog, Buddy, is very happy with the neighborhood.

I am so grateful that a patient recommended Christi Mercurio to me. This is a very difficult time to be a home buyer in Reno, and having a great realtor to help with the process is a necessity. My most memorable mentors in dentistry taught me to "work from the heart". It soon became evident to me that Christi works the same way. She truly cares about people, so putting in extra effort to ensure a good outcome is not an inconvenience, but just a natural way of working. She offered to help out in so many ways that I never would have thought to ask for.
