Since 1985, Christian, the broker owner of True Value Properties, has been representing buyers and sellers, helping them to achieve their goals in residential and commercial property transactions in Massachusetts. Christian has always been true to the belief that buyers and sellers deserve the same protection and representation. That is why Christian will only represent one client side on any transaction. Christian is committed to doing the right thing for his clients, both professionally and ethically.

Christian is a lifetime resident of Massachusetts, has been living on Cape Cod for the past 15 years, having built his brokerage business using individual and personalized service, providing his clients with the special attention one expects of a dedicated professional. Christian knows that every transaction can represent the most important purchase a person will make. Christian takes every precaution to ensure that communication is flawless with all the parties involved from beginning to end. Christian has a wealth of real estate knowledge and expertise; negotiating skills and attention to detail is the foundation of his business, years of new construction project management experience, being the point man between the sub- contractors, builder and the client, and seeing that the construction process is on time and on budget.
