Christian Dubuque-Strenz

After a lengthy career in corporate Human Resources with some of the fastest growing and most successful brands in the fashion industry, Christian was excited to bring her experience of coaching individuals and teams through complex and often emotional transitions to the community she has called home for most of her life.

Today, helping buyers find a community and home that aligns with their lifestyle, values, and means or helping sellers who are looking to realize the greatest possible return, are equally dynamic and exciting transitions that Christian is proud to help navigate.

Christian grew up in Montclair, attended public schools, and took full advantage of its proximity and easy access to Manhattan. That said, it was not until she lived away from the area for 8 years that she realized how uniquely diverse and cultured the communities in and around the Montclair area truly are. It was then that she moved back to Montclair to raise her children.

Now as a blended family, her 6 children have all attended the Montclair Public School system. Christian loves sailing, cooking great meals for family and friends, listening to great music, biking, hiking, and reading.
