Christian Iantosca is the team lead, listing agent and Broker. He works with clients in Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Mission Hill, Fort Hill, Cambridge and throughout Boston. He focuses on listings and specializes in Jamaica Plain but will deliver his proven business approach to any neighborhood.

Christian brings intense focus, high energy, and passion to all his Real Estate endeavors. He is one of only a handful of realtors with a builder’s license and has directed numerous developments and home renovations throughout Boston. Christian prides himself on knowing the technical details and nuts and bolts of each home he represents. Leveraging a Babson College business education, his strong negotiation abilities are highly regarded, and he works tirelessly for his clients to maximize price and predictability while minimizing obstacles and stress.

Launching his career at Arborview in 2000, Christian’s greatest achievement has been successfully developing a dedicated team of professionals with specialized roles to support his concierge level of service, ensuring the needs of each client are exceeded. Complementing Real Estate brokerage, Christian is passionate as an instrument rated private pilot, runner, and triathlete, and enjoys spending time with his family.
