Christian Nguyen has been a fiercely loyal client advocate since he first became a realtor in 2007. His continued dedication isn’t just motivated by his high skill level as a negotiator, but by his genuine enjoyment of the craft that impacts clients’ lives so positively.

Following a 10-year career in production management with Warner Bros. in Burbank, California, Christian grasped the opportunity to become a real estate developer in San Francisco, where he began buying and remodeling fixer-upper buildings. Christian has lived and worked in the Bay Area since.
Christian’s years of experience in the San Francisco market mean he knows the lay of the land exceptionally well. He’s a hard worker who understands the joy and responsibility of providing for a family. His work has paid off, as he has stewarded over $175 million in real estate transactions and has a reputation among clients and colleagues for attentiveness and professionalism.

Having moved from Vietnam in 1975, Christian can serve clients in Vietnamese as well as English. He specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, including young families and single people and is driven to help all clients succeed, no matter what their real estate goals may be. Christian consistently wows his clients with his level of service and prides himself on his communication and availability. He finds fulfillment in the smiles on his clients’ satisfied faces.

Christian has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a knack for numbers, which gives his clients an added advantage. In his free time, Christian enjoys swimming, fishing, cooking, playing tennis, traveling, and taking his daughter to her ballet class.
