So where do I start. Christian went above and beyond for us when we sold our home in CA. He handled absolutely everything getting our house cleaned up and ready to sell. I was out of state at the time so I had to communicate via phone and txt, but Christian was very responsive and was always available for any questions I had. I Would 100% recommend him to everyone looking to buy or sell in CA.

The best realtor in Southern California. He helped sell our home and it was super chill and smooth going and he worked with us while we lived out of state. He came to the house, recommended tips to help us get the best value and was there for every step of the way. If we needed anything outside of realestate he had a contact for us, such as, handyman services, and painting.

Christian is changing how real estate is marketed and sold, and eliminating the disconnect and lack of communication between agent and seller that you find with many realtors. He came highly recommended by multiple friends. Dont let the upbeat attitude and nice guy personality fool you, this dude is a real estate slinging beast. Christian and his team earn every penny of the commission by outworking everyone else and making sure everything goes smooth and quick. Christian came with a fully prepped binder on my specific house and an entire plan of action to market and sell the property. While my remodel was being finished he was out using all the various social media platforms and connections he has to build hype and interest for the property. Whether it was 6am or 9pm he was always available via text, phone call or email to answer any questions. He was completely honest, upfront and extremely accurate about what the property was worth (unlike other realtors that have the same exact home up the street listed much higher but have been sitting for months and multiple times reduced the price trying to get interest, thats bad in this hot market). Once I handed Christian the keys I didnt have to do a thing except sign the selling docs two weeks later. Because of his hardwork, hustling, premarket buzz he created and professional photos he had taken, we received over a dozen offers in less than 48 hours. Christian had it sold and closed 24 days after he listed the property on MLS, 24 DAYS! That was including multiple days of showings, negotiations, offer acceptance, inspection, appraisal, loan approval, escrow and closing. Ive already recommended Christian to everyone I know, this guy is awesome!
