Christiana grew up in Gainesville, Georgia on beautiful Lake Lanier. She is an Alumni of The University of the South: Sewanee, Tennessee with a degree in Psychology and an accomplished member of the women’s swim team all 4 years.

She began her real estate career in 2000, as a full time licensed real estate assistant to Top Producer, Toni Rainsford, where she learned a wealth of information and gained valuable insight on all aspects of Real Estate. Upon Toni’s retirement in 2007, Christiana continued helping Toni’s clients while growing her own Real Estate business.

Christiana specializes in helping clients sell and buy homes throughout the entire Atlanta metropolitan area, often assisting clients transition from one unique community in the area to another. For example, she facilitated a move for clients living in a Virginia-Highland Bungalow who needed more space by finding a house that was a perfect fit in an East Cobb, Marietta suburb. She helped ease their worries on moving to a new area and always assisted them with all aspects entailed in making this type of move. She has many success stories of helping families and has built a successful business based on referrals.
