Christie Black

Christie is a Denver native and longtime residential Realtor. She takes immense pride in helping clients make their dream of home ownership possible. She is both a buyer’s agent and listing agent, collaborating with seasoned homeowners as well as property virgins. After 35 years in the business, she can say she has as much passion as she always has, excited to see the smiles of happy clients at the closing table.


The market is continually changing, as well as the rules of mortgage lending. She works hard on staying educated, current and informed of all these trends and the tried and true. She surrounds herself with great people having long time relationships with fantastic lenders, inspectors, title people etc. Christie has a background in American Sign Language and have friends that are deaf and hard of hearing that will attest to my heart for selling homes and my willingness to learn new signs!

On a personal note, Christie and husband Tom have a blended family with six children. Their family continues to grow with our children marrying and having children of their own. We enjoy our big, crazy, and loud family gatherings! They love Colorado and all that it has to offer, but we also enjoy traveling in general. They have a furry child named Baxter the Beagle that rules our home and our hearts.
