With her 17 year background in managing, optimizing and investing in Commercial and Residential properties throughout Southern California, Christin brings extensive experience in contract negotiation and research and development evaluation into site-specific plans, small lot subdivisions, mixed-use residential and low-income units, as well as like-kind exchanges. She has expertise selling underperforming assets and increasing pre-tax margin by 50% year over year.

A distinguished career in Corporate Sales at Fortune 500 companies, Christin ranked in the top 2% of Sales Executives at Matthew Bender & Co (LexisNexis Group) and Pitney Bowes for eight consecutive years, clearly demonstrating her dedication and perseverance in maximizing client value.
BACKGROUND
A native Californian, Christin received a B.S. in Business Administration from USC. She has been a resident of the Pacific Palisades for 28 years where she raised her two children who now work and attend university. Christin is an avid volunteer and fundraiser in the community in which she lives. For fifteen years, she was an Annual Giving caller, Parent Ambassador, lunch, library and bookstore volunteer for Marquez Charter Elementary School, St. Matthew's Parish School, Harvard-Westlake and Marymount High School.
CHARITY AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Christin's lifelong dedication to community service is evident by her non-profit experience. She was a three year board member for Trojan League of LA and Trojan Guild of LA. Both of these USC philanthropic support groups raise funds for scholarships. Additionally, she volunteered at the National Charity League thrift shop for five years which benefits various charitable endeavors. Always willing to lend a helping hand, Christin volunteers at Westside Food Bank, Ocean Park Community Center and Daybreak Shelter. She contributes a percentage of all her real estate sales to The Charitable Foundation which provides grants to local organizations which promotes health, education, community and environment.
