Relocating from the harsh Chicago winters in the early 1980s, Christina and her family found their new life in the welcoming arms of Austin. After graduating from Texas State University, Christina began her professional career as a Technical Recruiter and Resource Manager for software consulting firms in the Austin area. From the founding of Dell, Whole Foods, and ACL Music Festival to the city’s constant population expansion & diversification, Christina feels she has truly grown up with Austin. She can often be found acting as a tourist in her own city or giving back to her community through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
