Christina Chung

As an established Broker since 1979 and former owner of her own brokerage firm in San Francisco, Christina Chung offers over 35 years of solid experience in the Real Estate industry.

Christina and her team have sold more than 4,950 properties in San Francisco and throughout the greater Bay Area.

Since establishing a partnership with Coldwell Banker in 1998, Christina has consistently achieved her rank as a Na-tionwide Top 1% Producer and has been awarded with the firm’s highest designation of International President’s Premier.

Her credentials include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Gaduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, and Certified E-Marketing Specialist.

Christina is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR),
California Association of Realtors (CAR), and San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR). As Chairman of the Board for CREAA and the 2005 San Francisco Chapter President of Women’s Council of Realtors. In 2008 was recognized as the Businesswoman of the year from Women’s Council of Realtors. In 2010 she served as the President for Chinese Real Estate Association of America. Christina continues to be actively involved in the real estate community and remains committed to the values of her organizations.
