About Christina

After graduating from Bishop Kearney High School in 1992, Chris earned her Bachelors degree in Social Work from RIT. Following a ten year career with the YMCA of Greater Rochester as a senior program director, Chris oversaw a group home for Lifetime Assistance in Chili serving mentally challenged boys. Her transition to real estate closely followed her previous position with Lifetime Assistance. Chris began working with the Cannan Team in 2007, earning her real estate license shortly after joining the team, Chris immediately became one of the top producing buyers agents. The foundation of her business is built on referral and word of mouth. She focuses on selling homes throughout Monroe County specializing in the Eastside (Pittsford, Honeyoe Falls, Mendon, Fairport, Webster, Penfield, Victor). Chris was the recipient of The Rising Star Award in 2010 and was a major contributor to the success of The Cannan Team. Recognized as the #1 Re/Max Team in the state for both2014 and 2015, The Cannan Team sold over $30,000,000 worth of homes each year, closing over 800 transactions over the past 2 years!

Christina sold our house at the end of 2022, in the middle of the holiday season and when housing was cooling off. She sold it in three days at a price I never thought we would get.
She researched it right up to the day we listed it and knew exactly how to list and stage it to maximize interest and offers. She was supportive through the whole process.
I would use Christina again and highly recommend her.
