My husband and I can't say enough good things about Christina. She recently helped us sell our house and we were absolutely blown away by her professionalism, kindness, communication, and market knowledge. Because of her hard work and attention to details we were able to confidently pick between multiple competitive offers and close on our house in two weeks. Even on such a short time period Christina made the process incredibly easy for us and completely blew any expectations we initially had out of the water. We would highly recommend Christina to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Christina is a genuine, amazing human being and realtor who I am so grateful I chose her to ferry me on my first homebuying journey! She expertly handled me, my anxiety, the contract writing process (from her vacation to boot!), and kept me and the seller informed throughout the entire process. Without her communication, I doubt I would’ve landed my dream home the way I did! Her warm personality and excellent communication made me feel like I was working with a friend who was an expert at real estate and not just chasing after some real estate agent. She’s passionate about her job and it really shows. She educated me and made me feel so empowered in the buying process—something I never thought I’d feel. I honestly could not say enough good things about her. I will absolutely use her again if I ever need to and definitely have already been talking to my friends about her!

Christina is so kind and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate my first home purchase and it was so easy despite the crazy seller's market in Colorado. I know she was fully invested in everything I wanted and I closed on my home a month after initially seeing it. I highly recommend anybody looking to buy/sell a home to work with her!

Christina was amazing! She was incredibly flexible in meeting us for tours at any time, at last minute notice, and even driving around even in the middle of a blizzard. She managed to get us a deal in this crazy market, and was super organized and on-the-ball during our contract period. We would not be where we are now without her!

Christina helped me navigate the very hot Denver area market with expertise, poise and optimism. When my bid for the perfect house was considered second best by the seller, she crafted a contingency proposal, in case the first deal fell through. When it did, we were immediately able to move forward on a contract to buy, and closed just a month later!
Christina continues to be a source for contractors and great ideas to make the house my home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the greater Denver area.

Christina helped me buy my first home - it was my dream home! She did a great job learning exactly what I was looking for and when she found it, she set up a showing immediately and advocated really well on my behalf - so I got just the house I wanted within the budget I sought. She kept me updated with the entire process twice weekly, replied to any questions I had really fast no matter time or day, and best of all... since it was my first home, I still had questions and she is happy to help me with any concerns that arise. The process couldn't have been smoother and I am having her help my parents get their home - they just retired.
