PROFESSIONAL - PREMIER - POLITE ! Christina has gone beyond her role as a Realtor with our first ever home purchased successfully earlier this week. She has done an incredible work to help us own our primary home as well as taken care of our family as a Guardian from day 1 until we received our new home's keys. And still, she is providing us an awesome assistance when we are getting familiar with our new home. We have had a great 1st home purchase journey with Christina and we are confident saying that we will have more great home purchase journey in the future with Christina. Honestly, I would do 6 stars out of 5! I cannot say enough good things about Christina Atwater and how she managed the sale of our home from day one to close of escrow. Very professional, organized, knowledgeable, and responsive. Just a lovely lady and a terrific Realtor!

As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous getting into this. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to walk along side me during my first experience in searching for a home. She knew the areas very well, and gave me listings that fit my criteria. Christina really listened to my wants and had me go through the pros and cons of each home, which was very helpful for me. Certain people enter your life at just the right time. Two years ago I casually dropped in on an Open House and that day proved to be prophetic. Christina Atwater, the realtor sitting on the Open House, explained that not only was it her listing but she had designed and contracted this beautiful remodel. Her staging and design elements were stunning - above and beyond anything I had seen before. I knew right then and there that she would be instrumental in helping me with my home-finding quest. Fast forward - reality has exceeded my wildest hopes and dreams. We had a wonderful experience working with Christina. We met her while she was holding an open house and hit it off. We were not working with an agent in the area and Christina came off as knowledgeable without being a pushy agent type so we started working with her. She helped us find our perfect home and made the process of buying easy. We felt that Christina had our best interest at heart the entire time. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with her.

Christina was absolutely incredible!! She was professional while giving us insight and suggestions. When we decided to redo the floors and paint the interior at her suggestion, she arranged for all of this and met the people at the place when they did the work. The quality of the work was exceptional. After doing these upgrades and staging the house, we listed the place and within 3 days we had 22 offers!! The quality of the listing photos was exceptional. She even did a separate video for buyers to view. It truly made our place look wonderful!! She organized the 22 offers and sat down with us to go over them. After some strategic negotiations, we eventually received a price way over asking!! Escrow went very smooth as Christina continued to monitor and take care of everything. We are so thankful and feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Christina. Her knowledge and professionalism was simply outstanding!

Your 5 Star Zillow Review - I was dealing in a very complicated purchase that involved two separate family trusts, a 30 day escrow, and a sale in another state. Somehow, Christina kept it all together, and got everything and everyone involved, to close on the exact date I was told! I'd probably still be living in Wisconsin if it wasn't for her. My wife and I were interested in buying our first home in a safe neighborhood for our family. We met Christina while casually looking at a rental she was working with. After meeting Christina we quickly realized that she personalized the experience to fit what we were looking for and asked the appropriate questions to determine our needs. She took the time to understand what my wife and I wanted for our family and she diligently searched for properties that met that criteria. She answered all questions, explained the process and eased our concerns as first time buyers. She possessed a high degree of local knowledge and was able to break down the process for my wife and I as first time buyers. We had been working with a Realtor for 4 months, toured many home and submitting many offers but did not win any of them. It was a very competitive seller's market. When we decided to change Realtors, we interviewed Christina Atwater. Christina seemed very honest and straight forward with the right amount of assertiveness needed to get us a home. She guided us through each property, showing us the pros and cons of each home. Once we identified the home that we wanted, Christina advised us on the price and terms of our offer and we were the winners in a bidding war with 24 offers! Although some of the terms weren't ideal, Christina reassured us that it would work out in the end and it did! We are very happy to have found Christina as our forever Realtor and would recommend her as your trusted real estate Advisor.

Christina Atwater was my realtor in buying a new home in Laguna Woods last month. I kept an eye on the market for half a year, and she took me to tour many properties during this period, although I wasn't actively shopping. She impressed me with her knowledge of this community, and insights about homes.

We finally opened the door to a home that wowed both of us, and satisfied most of my husband and my requirements and dreams for a new home. Then came the nitty gritty chores of getting the deal closed. Christina was well organized, detail-oriented, and communicated clearly as we dealt with delays by HOA, low bank appraisal, rebuttal by the seller, and reappraisal. She was a strong negotiator for us.

I would choose her to be my realtor again, and recommend her whole-heartedly.
