About Christina

Welcome to the community! Chrissy is a native New Yorker, born in the Bronx to an off-the-boat Irishman and native New Yorker who raised the family of six in the suburbs of New York City. She graduated from Marist College in journalism, then went on to Pace University where she earned a master’s in teaching. In 2005, she moved to Georgia from Connecticut with her husband and two children where she completed 20 years of teaching in three states while her husband completed his time in the military and now works in biotechnology. Honestly, her mind was a little blown when they first moved. What a warm and friendly place they have found Georgia to be. The people are truly kind and generous, and the schools and churches are a blessing for a family raising kids. Thirteen years later, they have three impressive teenagers who play sports practically every week of the year, and a firm resolve to never move out of Georgia. What makes her want to stay?

The opportunities to explore the North Georgia Mountains, to feel of the wind in her hair on Lake Allatoona and Lake Lanier, to listen to authentic jazz and enjoy a concert or professional game within a short ride from her home have kept her excited to keep exploring what a treasure the area is and it never seems to have an end to the adventures. From the amazing YMCA facilities near her home in Acworth, GA, to the welcoming churches, and family-owned restaurants, you are guaranteed to find something that captures your interests.

As a licensed Georgia realtor, Chrissy has become fascinated with the stories of each of her clients whether they are moving, starting a new family or facing challenges that require an understanding person to help them gain that dream home.
