Look no further for a reliable property manager.

I signed with Christina after someone suggested I speak to her before looking anywhere else.
I set up a call with her and was sold after our first conversation. I still looked around, but no one else I spoke to was as professional and thorough.

I have had 8 property managers over 15 years and I am most impressed by Christina. If there is an issue it is dealt with smoothly and with ease.
The best part is she gets back to you immediately if you contact her. This is not standard I assure you.
At the end of the day I feel like my house is in good hands. There is nothing better than trusting the person who looks after your biggest investment!

Christina Vigil was amazing! I bought a home about 15 years ago and was married so I got through it with help. I bought a condo a couple of weeks ago and honestly could not have gotten through it on my own! Christina was so patient with me as condos are different in many ways than buying a house, there were so many times that I was so discombobulated, however Christina always encouraged me and helped me from feeling ignorant, lost and confused. Her professionalism, confidence and response to any of my questions was remarkable! I would use her again as my realtor and highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a house or condominium! Thank you Christina very much for making my dream come true and being wonderful throughout my entire process of purchasing my dream “home” 😊

We went into buying our first home almost on a whim. We were going to wait another year, but then our previous landlord decided to sell our rental. Needless to say, we really haven’t done much research, but Christina helped us all the way from step 1 to closing. She also helped us get in touch with a loan officer, who was also a delight to work with. We found Christina very genuine, and felt that she really wanted to find us the right home. She was very professional and kept us up to date all throughout our home-buying process. We had two months before we needed to move out, and we really didn’t want to rent another house and move twice. It was also a seller’s market at that time, so the competition was tough and abundant. Christina took on the challenge with us, and made it happen. We closed and moved into our new home two weeks before our lease ended. We don’t think we would’ve done it without a great team behind us. Anyone who would have Christina on their team during their home-buying adventure would surely be in great hands.
