Great realtor! I cycled through 5 local Realtors on realtor.com before running into Christina. She works out of the Kansas City area, but was very accommodating to do showings in Topeka. None of the previous Realtors seemed to take me seriously nor did they follow up. They were all just looking for a quick sale. Christina took the time to get to know what I was looking for and set up automated listings for me to view. She listened to my situation and did research to answer my questions. And I had some unusual questions to ask. She did very well to point things out about the homes we were looking at. Never was pushy or trying to upsell anything. If you need someone that's willing to educate you, personalize your experience, and have your best interests in mind, I'd recommend Christina. If you're just looking to make a quick purchase on a property, she could probably do that too. I'd go with her again to make another purchase.

Christina was awesome to work with! We were living in MS and buying a house in KS and she made the process smooth and stress-free. It was easy to communicate with her and she fought hard for our home! Christina goes above and beyond for her clients and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into her craft.

Christina was fantastic to work with!! She helped my fiancée and I purchase our very first home, and the process was exciting and fun! Christina doesn't try to sell you a home just to make a quick buck, she's really on your side and wants to help you make the best possible decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! A+++
