Christina Walden has been such a blessing to me in buying a house. You can see in the way that she conducts business that she is a Christian, because she is always honest and fair with everyone involved in the process. She really takes the time to get to know you and find out what you really need in a home. I was a first time homebuyer and I was scared for years to start the process, but I am so glad I did and if I would have known then what I know now, I would have started sooner! Of course with buying a house, it can be extremely stressful, but in my experience it was way less stressful than I thought it would be, and that is because of her experience, willingness to do the best job for her clients, and her clear communication every step of the way. I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way, so that took alot of stress away and she always checked up on me to make sure I was OK with everything. Christina didn't push me towards a house that would make her a big commission, in fact, when I was deciding between two different houses and having a hard time, she and my fiance actually encouraged me to go for the house I purchased now because she knew it was a great deal and that it fit my needs (great big backyard/safe neighborhood/new roof) and my budget. The other house was very nice, but she saved me years of stress and headaches, because it also needed more work and the monthly payments would have been much more than what I'm paying now, which means I wouldn't have been able to enjoy life as much. She got to know us and what our needs and wants in a home were. After looking at multiple homes, we still hadn't found the one. She was open, honest, and candid with her views on all the homes. Christina is amazing at what she does! I'm a first time home buyer who was very nervous about the process and had some pretty rigid requirements in a home. Christina sent me the listing for what is now my new home the day after we met, which showed me she knew exactly what we had in mind! She goes to bat for you and helps guide you through the process every step of the way. She gave me regular updates on the home inspections and repairs, and was available and reassuring whenever I needed some warm & fuzzies that everything was going smoothly. I even was able to go on vacation for a week shortly before closing and she kept everything moving along!
I'll be recommending her to anyone who needs a real estate agent and especially for ghost time home buyers. If you're looking for a sign that you've found the right agent, this is it!!!

Christina was incredible from the start! Moving from Ohio to Florida was a huge challenge for our family, and finding a home is more than a challenge these days. Christina knew the market was moving fast, but she moved faster, securing us a home in just a few days. If you want the BEST realtor, look no further than Christina. She is so talented, smart, hardworking, patient, fair, kind, overachieving, spiritual and just plain AMAZING. She helped my husband & myself sell our first home, buy our new dream home and helped my grandma sell her home as well. She will explain everything to you and answer any questions you have. If she doesn't know an answer, she will find it it for you. She helped us feel ready to sell, pick the perfect timing and get a great price for our home. She also worked with our unique situation of having very shy rescue dogs and needing to get them out of the house for showings. She was so patient when showing us houses, she never rushed us and we went back to view a few houses multiple times. When we found a model home we liked 30 minutes away, she drove over to see it and helped us ask all the right questions. She explained every step of the process as we went along from contracts to change orders to closing. Christina never hesitates to pray with you and for the process. I truly feel like God uses her as a vessel. When it came to selling my Grandma's home, it came with its own unique challenges and she met every one head on with a smile.
