Christine was absolutely amazing to work with. We moved out of our house to another state and she literally took care of everything for us, from letting cleaners in, organizing stagers and repairs, even staying at our house till 9 pm so something could be fixed! She made a typically daunting and stressful process a complete breeze. Not to mention she sold our house in record time! 10/10 would recommend her to everyone.

Christine is a true professional! She's knowledgeable, easy to work with and an impeccable communicator. If she says she is going to do something it gets done, which takes the stress out of any transaction.

Christine helped us find our first house 5 years ago in Foxhall Village. When it was time to sell we didn't think twice about calling her up again - she is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first time homebuyers, and Christine was recommended to us by friends. After just a quick conversation, we could immediately tell that she would be friendly, professional, and responsive, but she turned out to be even more amazing than we could have hoped for. Even though we are hardly the kind of big-money clients you often see in the DC market, Christine never once made us feel anything less than completely valued. The DC housing market is an extremely competitive and fast-paced one, but Christine managed to keep us one step ahead for the entire process, answering our emails and texts at all hours, keeping us up to date on listings and tips, and extending lots of warmth and support. We ended up moving much faster than we had originally prepared for, but thanks to Christine’s support, we managed to avoid a lot of stress and wound up closing on a condo we love very early in the process. We can’t recommend her enough!

Christine is hands down the most amazing realtor. My husband and I met Christine as a newly engaged couple about two years ago just browsing but not actively searching. Although Christine knew this, we were never at the bottom of her list when it came to clients. She is incredibly responsive and listened to all our needs to find a home that my husband and I would both love! We saw homes that she thought we’d like and also showed us homes so we can figure out we didn’t like! The DC market is absolutely crazy but Christine was always willing to show up to an open house at the drop of a dime even if my husband and I couldn’t attend. She is extremely professional and really cared about making sure we saw homes that met my criteria (price, size, location). She was thoughtful and asked all the right questions to make sure I (being more reserved and cautionary spouse) felt comfortable. Christine and her colleague Courtney Evans were invaluable in our year long search for the perfect house in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in NW DC. They were very knowledgeable about the DC real estate landscape and actively followed the market every day. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and often previewed properties for us to make sure it fit our needs. We had one day to tour houses for our relocation from Hawaii to the District. That day resulted in a successful purchase in large part because we were lucky to have Christine as our relocation/buyers agent! First, her knowledge of neighborhoods helped us to avoid wasting precious time touring homes that looked interesting online, but were not what we wanted in terms of walk score. We toured nine homes with Christine. I like looking at homes, but nine is a lot for one day! Christine prepared an efficient tour and knew or had researched the listings well. And, it helped that she made the day enjoyable and was so friendly and welcoming. She responded with skill and knowledge when we needed input or had questions, and also knew when to hang back and let us experience the homes from our point of view. We found our home, and Christine’s knowledge of current market conditions was a big help in putting together a successful offer. Whether you are relocating and have limited time to find a new home or are living in and familiar with the area, Christine would be an excellent choice as a buyer’s agent. If we ever need to sell property in the area, we would not hesitate to have Christine as our listing agent.
