Christine Bova

Christine Green Bova is a Broker Associate with First Team Real Estate and has been involved with the Huntington Beach community for nearly 40 years. In addition to her vast real estate experience, she is an active member of the State Bar of California and began her career as an attorney in criminal defense and civil litigation; thereafter working with clients in fraud and forensics/litigation support for Deloitte & Touche LLP. She learned early on how smart real estate transactions could provide financial security as she sold her purchased and sold her first home in Turtle Rock and paid off her entire law school loan with the proceeds right after she graduated.

Throughout her legal and real estate career, she has developed many broad and specific skills which have given her the natural ability to market and connect to her client’s goals.

Christine earned an MBA degree prior to her legal career; she knows how to succinctly address the core needs of a client and to develop an effective plan to get them where they need to be.

Christine is passionate about her family, philanthropy, real estate and doing her job to the best of her ability. She has served on various committees such as 44 Women—an affiliate of Orangewood, Huntington Beach High School Foundation and Football Booster Club, Presidents Circle for Orange County School of the Arts, just to name of few. Christine has an extensive professional network in Orange County which has been beneficial in allowing her to uncover and assist clients with purchasing amazing properties that were not listed on the MLS and discreetly selling properties.
