Chris Davis was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient in all areas of our home buying experience. She helped us think through our needs and tailored options based on our criteria. She made time for us even when she knew we weren't looking to put an offer in for a couple months. When it was time to put in an offer, she explained every aspect to consider and even helped us get an offer accepted on our first try. Beyond just being a great real estate agent, she even sent us a heartfelt message on our wedding day. Overall, it was obvious Chris was not solely motivated by our business; rather, she wanted the best outcome for us because she truly cares. Chris was my listing agent for my property in Kingstown. Her professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. My property went on MLS at about 10am and I had a signed contract at 8:30 that evening. The whole closing process was a piece of cake thanks to the way Chris handled everything. I'd have her represent me again in a heartbeat and recommend her highly to others. I can't imagine there's a better agent than her.

Chris Davis was my realtor for the home I sold in Woodbridge, VA and for helping me find my current home. Over the years I have used many realtors and I must say that by far Chris was the best. She saw me through the entire process of selling and buying. When the sellers for my new home weren’t communicating with me, Chris made it her business to let them know we weren’t happy. She explained to them that we needed better updates and more communication. The best part about it was she was professional in her approach. I really respected that and so did the company building the home. Chris carried me through this purchase about as well as anyone could expect seeing as how we are in a pandemic.
