Wow! Where do I begin? My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers during this crazy 2020/2021 market. Christie is so knowledgeable in her field, and she made sure to educate us so we fully understood the process. She was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. Christie was quick to find new homes on the market and would call us immediately. She was very great at communicating. When I needed her, she was there. Something that stood out to be about Christie was how she treated my fiancé and I like family. She NEVER pushed a home on us to get a sale. When she could tell we weren't completely in love with a home or if it was a home she wouldn't want her own children living in, she encouraged us to walk away from the offer. With the help of Christie we found our dream home and we are in love with it! It was worth the wait. Since we moved into our home in April 2021, we have still been in communication with Christie as she has given us amazing referrals for tree service companies, electricians, contractors and more! If you use Christie as a realtor, you will gain more than just a home; you will also gain a friend.

Christie and her partner Lin were fantastic. Lin is very experienced on the construction side, so he provided useful feedback on issues he saw with the houses and how to fix them. He was also very helpful in reading over the inspection report. Christie is a strong customer advocate, which she demonstrated numerous times. She is your voice and will work hard to get you what you want. She also took time to learn and understand what we were looking for in the property and house and ensured that we didn't waste time on homes that weren't suited to our needs. She is also knowledgeable about the entire process of purchasing a home and we could come to her with any questions. She also made herself available any time for discussion and promptly returned phone calls and messages. Overall, the realtors at Gulf to Bay are professional and would use them again!

We used Christie to help us buy a new home and then to help us sell our existing home. Christie put a lot of effort into her work and always had a very positive attitude. We appreciated all of her hard work and dedication to seeing both transactions through to the end. The sale of our home was very stressful because we had lived there for 28 years. Christie did everything in her power to make it as easy for us that she could. We had multiple offers the first week! Christie helped us sell our home of 20 years. She explained everything we needed to do before putting it on the market, worked around our schedules, was always available and pleasant, and sold our home the first day it was on the market!
